Recently, people had been talking about the alleged scandal of the child star Andrea Brillantes. People transfer the video from one account to another, which we all know that it's wrong.
A local rapper named 'Latigo' wanted to end this spreading of malicious videos, so he made a song called "Scandal Wag Ipasa".
This video was uploaded on his YouTube channel with a caption saying that this isn't just a response tot he alleged scandal of Andrea but also to the other similar videos. He wanted to put a stop in the malicious practice of spreading private videos.
